Application - a fit check, not a velvet rope

Three questions. That is the whole application.

This is not a sales form and there is no pitch at the end of it. We read every application ourselves, and we accept the people we can actually help. If we cannot help you, we will tell you that - and the Diagnostic exists precisely for the cases where an honest outside verdict is the most useful thing we can offer.

Read this first

Not everyone is accepted. The Cohort is 15 seats and the Private Build is 4 active clients - those limits are real, and we protect the room. Most applicants who are a fit start with The Diagnostic ($2,000): two weeks, two voice sessions, and a written Second Act Blueprint with an honest verdict on the idea - including "do not build this" when that is the truth. Every Diagnostic dollar credits toward the higher tiers for 90 days.

If you are looking for income promises, stop here. We make none, and you should distrust anyone who does.

A few honest sentences is fine. "I have no idea yet" is an acceptable answer - say so plainly.
2. Can you give this program your evenings and weekends for 8 weeks?
Sessions run evenings and weekends, Pacific. The work between sessions is real - Modules 2 and 5 especially.
3. If validation shows your idea does not work, are you willing to kill it?
Module 2 exists to kill bad ideas in week 2. A killed idea in week 2 beats a dead business in year 2 - but only if you let it die.
