When you buy, Stripe collects your payment information. We never see or store your card number. We receive your name and email address from Stripe.
When you complete the intake form, we collect the name or alias you give us, your email address, and your answers about your work, your constraints, and your goals.
If you email us, we keep that message.
We do not collect confidential employer information, and the intake form instructs you not to provide any. If you include something that appears confidential, we delete it and write the report without it.
We use your intake answers for one purpose. Writing your report. We use your email address to deliver it and to answer your questions.
We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your information. We do not publish it. We do not use it in marketing. We do not request testimonials. We never contact your employer, your colleagues, or anyone in your network.
Stripe processes payments. The form provider stores your intake answers. The email provider transmits your report. Each has its own privacy policy. No one else touches your information.
Intake answers and report copies are deleted 12 months after delivery. Payment records are held by Stripe for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Reply to your delivery email and ask. Your intake and report copy are deleted within 7 days and you receive written confirmation. Payment records cannot be deleted because they are financial records.
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Write to the support address. We respond within 7 days.
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not collect the kind of data those signals govern.
This service is for working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the date above changes. Material changes affecting information we already hold will be emailed to affected customers.
